Hiinakapsasalat ja avokaadovõie Mart Olemalt

Hiinakapsasalat
Hiinakapsas tükeldada, hakkida 1 suur porru, tükeldada 2 tomatit, tilli-peterselli.
2 spl. oliivõli, 1 tl. sidrunimahla, soola maitse järgi, 2-3 spl. külma vett.
Kõik segada hoolega läbi ja lasta seista.



Avokaadovõie
2 valminud avokaadot, 2 tükeldatud tomatit, 1 spl. sidrunimahla, 2 tl. hakitud sibulat, 0,5 tl soola, 1 purustatud küüslaugu küüs.
Vahusta avokaado köögikombainis ühtlaseks massiks ja lisa ülejäänud ained ning vahusta veel. Tarvitada 24 tunni jooksul.
